This dish is super easy and you can feast on leftovers the next day. Enjoy!
Ingredients
1- package of Johnsonville Hot Italian Sausage (You are going to need to remove the casing)
1- package of Johnsonville Mild Italian Sausage (same casing instruction above)
2 lbs. ground chuck
1- package of Hillshire Farm Beef Smoked Sausage
2- jars of Ragu Chunky Mushroom Spaghetti sauce
2- cans of petite cut tomatoes
1- 29oz. can of tomato sauce
1- medium jar of mushrooms (drained)
3- tablespoons of fresh garlic (I use the minced kind that you can find in the produce section)
Olive oil
Instructions:
1.) In a large pot, put 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Place pot on medium heat
2.) Take the first 3 ingredients and cook until done. Make sure you have mix it well.
3.)Drain excess oil once the meat mixture is done.
4.) Add your favorite seasonings ( I use Italian seasoning, Mrs. Dash, Emeril seasoning, oregano, and garlic & herb seasonings. Whatever you like). Don’t overdo the seasonings and don’t add any salt and pepper until later.
5.) Cut beef smoked sausage into thin slices.
6.) Add all remaining ingredients into the pot. Stir until well blended.
7.) Turn heat to medium -low.
8.) Simmer while stirring for 30 to 45 minutes.
Add spaghetti noodles, cheese, salt, and pepper to taste.
